
Luke Conklin completed a DMA in Historical Performance at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 2020. A graduate of Ithaca College, he was also a member of the first class of historical performance students at The Juilliard School. He has performed with Apollo’s Fire, The American Bach Soloists, Trinity Wall Street Baroque Orchestra, Juilliard Baroque, Portland Baroque Orchestra and many others. His principal teachers include Paige Morgan, Gonzalo Ruiz, Debra Nagy, Kathie Stewart and Sandra Miller. His major research interest is the music of Jean-Philippe Rameau, and he also performs on a variety of folk and early flutes as well as the Medieval Harp.
